RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All purchases qualify for returns within 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, notwithstanding the item you sampled. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this point, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Once you have gone through these steps and you still have not received your refund 15 days after notification by the Wholesome Organics Team, please contact us at info@wholesomeorganicsco.com

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail your product to: 4520 W Oakellar Ave #13102, Tampa, FL 33611. Wholesome Organics does not provide credit for shipping of returns. Once received, we will notify you that we have received the product and will begin the return procedure.
